Terms & Conditions

At Spine Book Publishers, we are committed to delivering a refined, professional, and seamless publishing experience for authors, entrepreneurs, executives, and visionary storytellers. Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual trust throughout every stage of the publishing journey.

Terms of Engagement

By placing an order or submitting payment to Spine Book Publishers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined on this page. These terms constitute a formal agreement between the client and Spine Book Publishers regarding the use of our services.

Original & Custom-Crafted Content

Every manuscript, editorial project, and publishing service delivered by Spine Book Publishers is developed with originality and professionalism at its core. We provide custom-written content tailored exclusively to your vision and specifications.
For additional assurance, plagiarism verification reports may be provided upon request. While standard plagiarism checks cover readable text content, media-based elements such as images, videos, or embedded graphics may not be included in automated scans.
We remain dedicated to delivering content that reflects authenticity, integrity, and exceptional creative standards.

Full Ownership & Publishing Rights

Upon final delivery and completion of payment, all rights and ownership of the completed content are transferred entirely to the client.
Spine Book Publishers retains no claim over your manuscript, brand assets, or intellectual property. You are free to publish, distribute, modify, or present the work under your name and according to your personal or professional objectives. Our role is to help shape your vision with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Image Usage Policy

To maintain ethical publishing standards and protect intellectual property rights, Spine Book Publishers does not provide copyrighted images without proper licensing.
Where applicable, we may recommend visual references or provide access to royalty-free image resources that align with your project’s creative direction. Clients wishing to use licensed or copyrighted imagery may be required to secure permissions or purchase usage rights directly from the respective copyright holders.

Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to maintaining the highest professional standards, Spine Book Publishers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, reputational, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, digital assets, or delivered materials.
This includes, but is not limited to, technical interruptions, third-party platform issues, digital vulnerabilities, or any perceived loss resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Clients are encouraged to review all materials thoroughly before publication or distribution.

Policy Revisions & Updates

Spine Book Publishers reserves the right to revise or update policies, service terms, and operational guidelines at any time without prior notice.
We encourage clients to review this page periodically to remain informed about any updates or modifications.

Refund Policy

At Spine Book Publishers, client satisfaction remains a priority. Our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness, transparency, and professional accountability.
All refund requests are carefully reviewed by our internal evaluation team, which assesses the project based on the original scope, agreed deliverables, and documented communication.

Eligibility for Refunds

If a delivered project substantially fails to meet the agreed service requirements, the matter will undergo a formal evaluation process. Refund decisions are made objectively and supported by project evidence and service records.
Where a legitimate service deficiency is identified, eligible clients may qualify for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances of the project.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Spine Book Publishers does not issue refunds in cases involving:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by incomplete client submissions
  • Subjective preference changes unrelated to original requirements
  • Approved milestones or completed deliverables
  • Services already rendered or substantially completed

We encourage all clients to carefully review project scopes, timelines, and service expectations before confirming an order.
